CAUSE: Tight Muscles In The Back Of Neck
Tension headaches are the most common type of headaches experienced by adults in the U.S., and often occur when the muscles in the back of the night become tightened. This can stem from a huge variety of different issues, including inadequate sleep/rest, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and poor posture.
CURE: Making Self-Care A Priority
If you are tired of suffering from tension headaches, it's time to make self-care a priority. Set aside time to get more rest, stop taking on additional projects, exercise regularly, and seek treatment if you deem it necessary.CAUSE: Inflamed Sinuses
Sinus headaches occur when a sinus (nasal passages are a common example) becomes inflamed. This may be the result of allergies, infection, or head cold.
CURE: Medication
